# Pulse pricing

Pulse lets merchants configure onboarding before choosing a plan. Each paid plan starts with a 14-day Shopify-approved trial; live Store Audit, AI monitoring, and fixes begin only after approval. Nothing is charged today; unless the merchant cancels before the trial ends, Shopify automatically charges the selected plan amount at its selected billing cadence. There is no permanent free plan.

## Starter — $39 USD/month

- Best for: one Shopify store
- Tracked competitors: up to 7
- Tracked products: up to 75
- Observed AI visibility checks: a rotating sample of up to 4 questions per engine weekly, plus an on-demand request within the monthly allowance
- Shopify fixes applied: up to 75 per month
- Store changes: merchant-reviewed before apply

## Professional — $99 USD/month

- Best for: large catalogs and teams
- Tracked competitors: up to 30
- Tracked products: unlimited
- Observed AI visibility checks: a rotating sample of up to 5 questions per engine every 3 days, plus an on-demand request within the monthly allowance
- Shopify fixes applied: unlimited
- Authority research workflows: unlimited

## Shared product behavior

- Pulse prepares product-content, structured-data, and llms.txt fixes.
- Authority workflow: Starter sees target previews; Professional includes target research, platform rules, disclosure guidance, and outcome tracking. Pulse does not auto-post or provide ready-to-send outreach.
- A merchant reviews each proposed Shopify change before it is applied.
- Subscription billing is handled by Shopify.
- Pulse reports observed AI visibility; it does not guarantee rankings or inclusion in AI answers.
