These terms govern your use of Ryve, a Shopify app that audits AI visibility, drafts Shopify-ready fixes, and tracks whether your store and products appear in AI search answers.

Using Ryve

You must have authority to install apps for the Shopify store you connect. You are responsible for reviewing recommendations and deciding which changes to publish to your store.

Recommendations and AI output

Ryve uses automation and AI systems to create audits, drafts, and recommendations. Outputs can be incomplete or wrong. You should review all copy, schema, metafields, outreach drafts, and other changes before publishing or relying on them.

Shopify changes

Ryve only publishes supported changes after merchant confirmation or through workflows you start. Published changes may include product copy, structured data, metafields, pages, or related content. Changes made in Shopify remain part of your store unless you edit or remove them.

Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed through Shopify according to the plan shown at checkout. You can cancel according to Shopify billing rules. Usage limits may apply by plan.

Acceptable use

Do not use Ryve to break laws, violate platform rules, scrape private systems, mislead shoppers, or publish content you do not have the right to use. We may suspend access for abusive or unsafe use.

No guaranteed rankings

Ryve is built to improve visibility signals and track outcomes, but no app can guarantee placement in ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, Google AI, Grok, search engines, or third-party sites.
